Botswana Life Chief Operations Officer (COO) Priscillah Ndadi says the company is keen on increasing its footprint across the country and noted that the opening of the new office in Palapye shows that they are wholly committed to offer quality service to clients in the area.

She said since its inception in 1975, the insurance offering company has been on full swing to create wealth for Batswana and the setting up of branches in different locations is to add value and induct positive difference in the communities that they serve.

“The decision to relocate the branch came as Botswana Life recognised the need for greater support in the new location. Palapye and surrounding areas hold a special place in the hearts of Botswana Life and we are truly committed to serving her with her residents as well. The new branch is not simply relocation but a testament and reaffirmation of this fact, and at once allows us to ensure a more purpose built and state of the art brick and mortar site,” she said.

She also indicated that new branch relocation and opening comes along with positive fruits as a total of 72 people gained employment and this include agents who she noted that they will be offering high satisfactory service delivery to the clients.

Ndadi further said Botswana Life takes commitment to Batswana seriously through offering support to individuals, corporate, business owners and Affluent clientele, adding that the company remains truly excited for serving the customers in Palapye and the region through the branch and looks forward for expanding the business with more Batswana at large.

Councilor George Makhura expressed delight at Botswana Life’s enhanced way for doing business in Palapye as this comes with more employment opportunities. He said the town is turning into one of the country’s promising business hubs due to its fast growing pace in terms of developments.

Makhura appreciated that Botswana Life has over the years been empowering Batswana through a wide range of flexible and affordable policies, saying they deserve a pat on the back for its astonishing commitment to uplifting the lives of Batswana.
