Why is Masisi protecting Peloetletse?

• Protecting PSP (ag) is serious violation of Public Service Act, Public Service Charter
• Peloetletse should have been suspended as soon as DCEC started investigating her conduct, relationship with CMB

For a long time now, the Acting Permanent Secretary to the President (PSP Ag) Mme Emma Peloetletse has been in the news for all the wrong reasons. Allegations against her and given her seniority in the public service are of such serious nature that failure to act against her is a slap on the integrity, values, vision and mission of the public service. The sum total brought by the allegations is that the public service has been brought into serious disrepute. Mma Peloetletse is alleged to have improperly benefitted from a trip sponsored by Directors of the controversial Capital Management Botswana (CMB) to the famous jazz festival held in the magnificent city of Cape Town (South Africa) in 2017.
