Only the brave do it – they boldly veer off the normal easy-to-do vocations to more challenging ones. Andrew Madeswi – a well groomed financial professional – did just that.

He jumped from a purely financial career to a highly technical one in agriculture services, mainly to expand his leadership abilities. This was an easy decision to make. Madeswi had spent over six years as Chief Operations Officer at Citizen Entrepreneurial Development  Agency (CEDA) and felt he needed a new career growing challenge.
