Botswana Life Insurance Limited (Botswana Life) remains wholly committed to being Botswana’s first choice in life insurance based financial solutions and advisory services. Reaffirming this, Botswana Life officially opened its new branch in Rail Park Mall on the 23rd of September 2019. The new branch is located near the bus rank entrance of the mall, at shop number G30, G31 and part of G33.

The business recognised the need to be even closer to its valued customers, in a more accessible and more high traffic catchment area. “Today marks a new and exciting chapter for us as we open our doors in Rail Park Mall. This new branch is a tangible representation of our dedication and a true testament to our unwavering commitment to Batswana. It is indeed part of our drive to delight our customers, by placing their needs at the fore. As a trusted partner we remain dedicated to driving and delivering new values and new ways through collaboration and co-creation”, said Botswana Life Chairman, Mr. John Hinchliffe.

The new Rail Park Branch employs 17 people. The team is on hand to assist and continue delighting all customers in the new home and look forward to building their heritage with the usual support from Batswana. The branch offers all the services Batswana have come to love and expect from the brand that is known for creating legacies and meeting the need for financial security through life insurance and wealth creation.

Commented CEO of Botswana Life, Mr. Ronald Samuels, “Botswana Life has improved the lives of Batswana with a focus on financial literacy and advocating a savings culture, highlighting the different uses of insurance policies. The opening of this new branch is a reiteration of Botswana’s oldest home-grown insurer creating explicit value for our clients. We are making our services accessible to everyone – a testament to the fact that we are here for Batswana and we are committed to them. We want to give our customers convenience by being a true partner through life, and more. This new development is yet another strong demonstration of our commitment to growing further, together.”
