Bank Gaborone has continued to pledge its commitment to promoting the Ghanzi District’s agricultural development by sponsoring this year’s Ghanzi Show Livestock Section to the tune of P50, 000.

The sponsorship money was invested in building kraals for the Auction arena. Over the past 16 years, Bank Gaborone has been an avid supporter of not only the Ghanzi Show but the agricultural sector alongside key stakeholders in government, policy and administration and agricultural institutions.

The Ghanzi Agriculture Show is an annual event best known for its ability to bring farmers together and other stakeholders from all over Botswana to exchange information on developments and opportunities in the Agricultural sector, including challenges and possible solutions.  The initiative works closely with key corporates and sponsors as well as other stakeholders, to provide a market where Agri businesses and Agri enthusiasts can bridge the gap between the business of Agriculture and information exchange in order to create viable opportunities.
