The recognition spans five markets including Botswana, South Africa, Zambia, Ghana and Kenya, reaffirming Absa’s position as one of Africa’s leading employers of choice.

Each year, the Top Employers Institute certifies organisations that place their people at the heart of their business through exceptional human resources practices. The certification is based on the comprehensive HR Best Practices Survey, which assesses six core HR areas and twenty topics including People Strategy, Work Environment, Talent Acquisition, Learning, Diversity and Inclusion, and Wellbeing.
