Advocate Boko steps up to the podium at a time when government is enduring difficult time in delivering its mandate owing to a number of factors that include underperforming economy and drying government purse.The SONA would be the second under the UDC administration and the anticipation is that Boko would comprehensively outline successes and the challenges that UDC government endured in the past one year since it took office.
