Position: Factory Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the garment manufacturing facility to ensure efficient and timely production.
  • Production Planning & Control – Develop andimplementproductionplansand schedulestomeetcustomerdemandsand delivery timelines.
  • Industrial Improvement – Ensure operation timingsarereducedbyimplementing

faster ways of working and adopting new technology.

  • Quality Management – Ensure adherence toqualitystandardsthroughoutthe

production process to minimize defects and waste.

  • Safety – Implement and maintain effective health and safety procedures,creating a safe
  • OrderManagement-Collaboratewiththe sales,marketingcustomerrelationsand R&Ddepartmentstoensurenewproduct launchesaresmoothlyintegratedinto production.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any production- related issues quickly and effectively.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Garment Design, Manufacturing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
    • Minimum of 5years of experience as a Factory Manager or in a similar leadership role within the garment manufacturing industry.
    • In-depth knowledge of garment production processes, machinery,and quality control
    • Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solvingskills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work with cross-functional teams and foster a positive work
    • Familiarity with industry-standard
    • Proven track record of driving process improvements, reducing costs, and achieving production targets.
