Palesa shines at Miss World

The shining Miss Botswana Palesa Molefe continued with her impressive performance at Miss World and on Thursday scored a significant feat by booking Botswana spot on the Miss World Top 30.

Molefe, Miss Botswana 2021 took the world by storm since she arrived at Puerto Rico last month.

She performed well scoring victories in all the segments that she participated on at the pageant.

In her latest and very important triumph, Miss Botswana made it to the top 8 Head to Head challenge winner, hence making it to the top 30 putting Botswana in a pole position for glory.

Writing from Puerto Rico, Palesa thanked Batswana for their immense support for their votes.

“I am so emotional writing this and I don’t have a lot words right but I just want to let you all know that Kea leboga go menagane Botswana. I qualified in the Head to Head. We made it to Miss World Top,” wrote jolly Palesa on her official Facebook account filled with lot of confidence.

The intriguing aspect is the nation’s firm support to the queen from all spheres of the society.

President Mokgweetsi Masisi will fellow citizenry launched a massive online campaign on the social media platforms particularly Facebook, canvassing votes for Palesa on the MobStar-an online application which has become popular as the countries canvass votes for the Queens.

“To Palesa – Mma Botswana, ke a go akgola and I want to assure you that myself, the leadership of the country and Batswana all over the world support you. We notice and appreciate your hard work and dedication and are confident that on the 17th we will be addressing you as the Miss World. Good Luck. Batswana let’s go out and Vote everywhere for Palesa Molefe, be it Head To Head, Talent, and Multimedia,” Masisi wrote earlier on the week showing the appreciation to Palesa.
