OPERATIONS LOGISTICS MANAGER

We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-oriented Operations Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily logistics and distribution centre operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Manage warehouse operations, stock movement, and inventory control processes.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and deliveries.
• Ensure proper stock reconciliation, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
• Monitor operational KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance.
• Lead and supervise logistics, warehouse, and support teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
• Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with procurement, stores, transport, and retail teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare logistics and operational reports for management review.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse management, supply chain, or distribution operations.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and inventory management.
• Experience in retail, FMCG, wholesale, or distribution environments will be an added advantage.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
