Ngele

Indications are that the attacker has been issued with his clearance by Marumo Gallants, effectively becoming a free agent and beginning his hunt for a new home in the DStv Premiership ahead of the 2021/22 season.

The ex-Mamelodi Sundowns star joined Gallants almost a year ago having left Black Leopards, but with the financial drama at his new club it was always likely that Ngele would move on if he got a chance. He has hardly ever been short of suitors. Ngele, now 30, is a three-time league winner – twice with Sundowns and once with now-defunct Bidvest Wits while he was there on loan.

Surprisingly, ‘Tsotso’ only managed 13 matches in all competitions at the Limpopo-outfit last season, with injuries being a big factor. He did play a part, however, in their Nedbank Cup triumph even though he missed the final against Chippa United in May.The Siya crew has it on good authority that Ngele could be returning to Gauteng, but it’s not yet clear which team he will be joining. But information reaching the Siya crew is that the player is now a free agent.
