KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

 

.Overseeing stock control, ordering and managing pharmacy inventory, as well as ensuring that the premises meet health and safety standards.

.Ensuring that the pharmacy operates in line with laws and regulations related to the regulatory board.

.Implement and advise on standard approaches to pharmaceutical distribution management.

.Conducting regular audits and inspections to ensure that the center is operating according to the required standards.

.Providing training for warehouse staff on the latest drug information and regulatory changes.

.Regular review of financial reports to monitor costs and optimizing pricing strategies

 

DESIREDEXPERIENCE,QUALIFICATIONANDSKILLS

 

.Bachelors’ Degree in Pharmacy.

.Registered with Botswana Health Professions Council.

.Experience in regulatory affairs.

.Excellent leadership and communication skills.

.Good planning skills and attention to details.
