We are looking for an experienced and results-driven professional to join the team as a Supply Chain
Specialist.
This role is critical in ensuring the efficient flow of goods from suppliers to stores, optimising inventory,
and supporting the Group’s operational and commercial objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory planning,
warehousing, and logistics.
• Monitor stock levels, track movement of goods, and ensure optimal inventory availability.
• Collaborate with Operations, Procurement, and Store teams to forecast demand and align supply
with business needs.
• Analyse supply chain data and KPIs to identify inefficiencies and implement process improvements.
• Ensure supplier performance meets contractual obligations and quality standards.
• Support cost optimisation initiatives while maintaining service levels.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and health & safety
standards.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management.
EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS & COMPETENCIES
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related
field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory management, preferably in
FMCG or retail.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory control, demand planning, and warehouse
management.
• Proficiency in ERP or supply chain management systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, organisational, and stakeholder management abilities.
