VET AGRIC SUPPLIERS (PTY) LTD IS BROILER CHICKEN BUSINESS LOOKING FOR FARM WORKERS

Qualifications and Experience

* JC or its equivalence.

Must have practical knowledge in poultry farming.

A minimum of one year working as a farm worker

* Being able to work long hours.

Roles/ duties

* Feeding poultry and providing them with necessary water supplies.

* Regularly monitoring poultry health, including disease detection and management

* Administering vaccinations and medications as required

* Ensuring a clean, safe and comfortable living environment for the birds Managing the culling and disposal of birds, following appropriate welfare standards Maintaining records of poultry health and growth Ensuring compliance with animal welfare laws and regulations

* Maintaining and repairing farm buildings and machinery

* Implementing and updating biosecurity measures to prevent disease spread.

* Must be willing to stay in a farm full time.

Salary; As per the current market.
