The Procuring Entity: Botswana Institute for Technology Research and Innovation. ProcurementMethod:Open Domestic Bidding restricted to locally registered companies of the Republic of Botswana.

 

Tenderers who are domiciled in Botswana must, inorder to be considered for the award of the contract be registered with Public Procurement Regulatory Authority in the following categories:

 

  • Code:314-(Finance Related Services)
  • Subcode(s): 06-Auditing

The physical address for the collection of tender documents is: Registry Office, Plot 50654, Fairgrounds, MachelDrive, Gaborone, Botswana

 

Documents may be collected during working hours between 0800hrs and 1600hrs until the closing day for 2025 (Friday the 19th of December 2025) and from the 5th of January to the 13thofJanuary2026.

 

Anon-refundable deposit of P250.00 payable by cash or Electronic Funds Transfer made in favour of Botswana Institute for Technology Research and Innovation is required on collection of the tender documents.

 

Queries or clarifications relating to the issuance of these documents maybe addressed in writing not later than the 13th of January 2026 to procurement@bitri.co.bw; Tel no. (+267) 360 7500.

 

The closing date and time for receipt of sealed tender offers is Friday the 16th of January 2026at0900hrs.
