JOB RESPONSIBILITY

The person will be responsible for overall business development of Bank, to define corporate goals of the Bank, compliance of statutory and regulatory requirement of the country, to hold and coordinate the Board meetings and various subcommittee of the Board,tocontroltheoverallactivitiesofthebranches,toformulateandreviewthecodeof conductforthestaff,toformulateregulationsforthestaffbasedonlocallaws,toformulate and review various operational policies of the Bank based on ongoing conditions, to be responsibleforhandlingissuesrelatingtoregulatorybodiesofBotswanaandIndiaandto ensure day to day compliance of MIS requirements of the Parent Bank.

ELIGIBILITY:

ÿ      Qualification:Graduate/PostGraduateDegreefromarecognizedUniversity.

ÿExperience: Minimum 20-25 years of continuous experience of working in a Banking various capacities/departments and managerial positions. Preference will be given to candidate having experience in working in controlling office.
