PURPOSEOFTHEJOB:

The purpose of the job is to serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by administering the day- to-day operations of mealservice in the camp

• DiscussdailyfoodcostreportswithkeykitchenandF&Bteam
• Reviewweeklyandmonthlyschedulestomeetforecastand
• Attendthedailymorningmeetingsandotheradministrative
• Ensures disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to hotel Operational Standard andManagementPolicy
• Trains,developsandmotivatessupervisorsandculinarystafftomeetandexceedestablishedfoodpreparation
• Teachespreparationaccordingtowelldefinedrecipesandfollowsupanddiscusseswaysofconstantly
• Identifies the developmental needs of kitchen staffs and provide coaching,mentoring,and also helping them
• Also interviewandhirenewapplicantsforkitchen.
• Responsibleformenudevelopmentandstockcontrol
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations NB:This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.

REQUIREMENTS

• Atertiaryqualificationin culinaryartsorhospitality.
• Minimumof4-5yearspreviousexperienceasanExecutiveChef
• CustomerServicedrivenwithoutstandingcommunication
• Provenrecordofoutstandingstaff
