Strides of Success (Pty) Ltd is looking for the following positions at their paper manufacturing plant at Plot 33184, Nkoyaphiri, Mogoditshane, Botswana.

1. SHIFT IN CHARGE- Vacancy 2 Nos.
Qualification and Experience:
 GCE 5 (V) Grade or equivalent..
 8 years’ working experience in any reputed Paper Mill as Shift in Charge.
 Experience required in both Paper Machine and Pulp Mill..
 Should have in-depth knowledge oF Supervision, Commissioning, Trouble shooting, and handle the paper plant
independently.
 Experience required both in mould machine and wire machines.

Roles and Duties:
 Manage plant shift operations.
 Maintain records of Paper Machines, Pulp
Mills, Process Spares, Consumptions, and Productions, etc.
 Must be self-motivated and well disciplined.
 Support the Process Manager and related departments for smooth running of the plant.
 Manage the Training and Development of Personnel.
 Willing to work overtime and shift duties.

2. PAPER MACHINE OPERATOR- Vacancy 6 Nos.

Qualification and Experience:
 GCE 3 Grade or equivalent.
 8 years’ working experience in any reputed Paper Mill as Operator.
 Experience required in both Paper Machine and Pulp Mill.
 Should have in-depth knowledge of Commissioning, Operation, Trouble shooting, and operate the paper plant
independently.
 Experience required both in mould machine and wire machines. Roles and Duties:
 Operate Paper Machine & Pulp Mill.
 Maintain records of Paper Machines, Pulp Mills, Process Spares, Consumptions, and Productions, etc.
 Must be self-motivated and well disciplined.
 Support the Shift In Charge and related departments for smooth running of the plant.
 Manage the Training and Development of Personnel.
 Willing to work overtime and shift duties.

3. FITTERS: Vacancy: 2 nos.
Qualification and Experience:
 ITI or more than 10 years of working experience in a reputed paper plant as a Fitter.
 Expertise in Kraft Paper Machine , Tissue Paper Machine, Mold Machine, ETP, Boiler, Paper Machine and Pulp Mill equipment’s.
 In-depth knowledge/working experience in Erection, Commissioning and Maintenance of Paper Machines, Pulp Mill and its utilities systems.
 Experience in both Mechanical maintenance and Project work.
 In-depth knowledge in Fabrication, Welding, Soldering, Brazing, Precision tools, Pressure testing, Inspection, Maintenance of Pulping and Paper Machine Equipment’s, Maintenance of Boiler and other Utility equipment’s etc.

Roles and Duties:
 Ensure the availability of Paper Machine and Pulp Mill for production.
 Support Process Manager and Shift Leaders and keep Machine healthy and clean.
 Manage Maintenance cost within prescribed norms.
 Prepare preventative maintenance schedule and maintain it.
 Manage the Training and Development of Personnel.
 Willing to work overtime and shift duties. Successful candidates will have a competitive remuneration package plus accommodation offered.
