President of Namibia Dr Hage Geingob has today said the country s lockdown will be eased on 5 May for reopening economic activity and entering Stage 2 of lockdown for 28 days until 1 June 2020. This reopening forms part of a four-stage response plan adopted by Namibia  government aimed at containinf the Covid-19.During relaxed lockdown people are allowed to travel betwen regions without permits, businesses will resume activity but alcohol sale will be still prohited during the stage 2.Dr Geingob announcwd during his just ended televised address on Namibian Broadcasting Corporation ( NBC).
