Mascom Derby 2023

Mascom is delighted to confirm the 2023 edition of the Mascom Derby, to be held in Maun, over the Easter Holidays, on Saturday 8th April 2023.

To be held under the theme, “More than Just a Race” the 2023 Mascom Derby becomes part of the celebrations in our Journey to 25 Years and Beyond.

“We are excited to introduce to the Mascom Derby, a new venue, the Maun Samedupe (MA-SA) Racing Park. This is a spectacular full-service horse track and an easily accessible venue that promises an enjoyable and safe racing experience. Mascom takes this opportunity to introduce our new Technical Partner for the Mascom Derby, the Botswana Horse Racing Association (BHRA). The BHRA is a member-based horse racing Association made up of horse owners, jockeys, stables, organisers, and clubs. The Association brings to the Mascom Derby, vast wealth of knowledge and experience in the sport garnered from some of the members popular events including the Kokotsha Race, Khawa Dune Challenge, Gabz July, and the Champions Cup. See you at the 2023 Mascom Derby, “More Than Just a Race”,” Mascom said in a statement.
