SMMEs contribute to national income – Kgafela

Botswana Stock Exchange (BSE) has once again buttressed the need for Small Medium and Micro Enterprise (SMMEs) to have access to funding so that they play a meaningful role in the economy.
Speaking at the inaugural investment forum hosted by the BSE at Cresta hotel in Gaborone on Tuesday, BSE Board Chairperson, Norman Moleele said the slow growth of the private sector has been largely attributed to financial hurdles faced by SMMEs.
