Qualifications and Experience

• A bachelor Degree in any agricultural fieldis required.
• A minimum of 10years’ experience in uppermanagement
• Experience in hydroponics and greenhouses
• Expertise in Agronomy and Agricultural commodity trading
• Being able to work long hours with minimum

Responsibilities

• Conduct soil analysis and provide recommendations for soil improvement andfertility
• Adviseon crop selection,rotation, and plantingtechniques to maximizeyield and quality.
• Develop and implement integrated pestmanagement(IPM) strategies to control pests and diseases effectively.
• Monitor and manage irrigation systemsto ensure efficientwater useand crophealth.
• Collaborate with farmers to promote sustainable agricultural practices and environmental
• Stayupdatedwiththelatestagronomicresearchandtechnologicaladvancementsto enhance farm productivity.
• Conductfieldtrialsandexperimentstoevaluatenewcropvarieties,fertilizers,andfarming
• Providetrainingandworkshopstofarmersonagronomicbestpracticesandnew
• Prepareandmaintainaccuraterecords,reports,anddocumentationrelatedtoagronomic
• Ensurecompliancewithregulatoryrequirementsandsafetystandardsinagricultural .
