PURPOSEOFTHEJOB:
The purpose of the job is to serve the needs of the business, our guests and our colleagues by administering the day- to-day operations of mealservice in the camp

- DiscussdailyfoodcostreportswithkeykitchenandF&Bteam
- Reviewweeklyandmonthlyschedulestomeetforecastand
- Attendthedailymorningmeetingsandotheradministrative
- Ensures disciplinary procedures and documentation are completed according to hotel Operational Standard andManagementPolicy
- Trains,developsandmotivatessupervisorsandculinarystafftomeetandexceedestablishedfoodpreparation
- Teachespreparationaccordingtowelldefinedrecipesandfollowsupanddiscusseswaysofconstantly
- Identifies the developmental needs of kitchen staffs and provide coaching,mentoring,and also helping them
- Also interviewandhirenewapplicantsforkitchen.
- Responsibleformenudevelopmentandstockcontrol
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations NB:This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities.
REQUIREMENTS
- Atertiaryqualificationin culinaryartsorhospitality.
- Minimumof4-5yearspreviousexperienceasanExecutiveChef
- CustomerServicedrivenwithoutstandingcommunication
