CULTURE SPEARS, DIKAKAPA HEADLINES BIFM TRADITIONAL MUSIC EXPO Local traditional music group ‘Culture Spears’ will be among the main acts at this year’s BIFM Traditional Music Expo performing alongside Dikakapa traditional music group.The Expo will be taking place on the 7th of December 2023 at Botswana Craft in Gaborone. The announcement was made this afternoon by BIFM Chief Executive Officer Clair Mathe Lisenda in a press briefing held in Gaborone. Lisenda highlighted that as the company they believe more in transformative power on the ARTS sector. “We will continue to nature the local industry. We have contributed a lot to support the ARTS sector. Over the past decades BIFM has opened the door for local artists to express themselves, their talent through music. We have supported both emerging and veteran artists. Said Lisenda Dikakapa recently announced their comeback in the music scenes with the launch of a new album dedicated to pay tribute to the late Gongmaster.
