Requirements

• Atleast10yearsofprovenexperienceinasenioroperationsleadershiprole, ideally in the retail, distribution, or manufacturing industry.
• Strong understanding of business operations, project management, and supply
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving
• Abilitytotranslate strategicplansintoactionable
• Bachelor’sdegreeinBusiness Administration,OperationsManagement,ora related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
