TENDER FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF LAPTOPS AND ACCESSORIES

The Botswana Public Officers Pension Fund (BPOPF or the Fund) would like to receive proposals for
the procurement of laptops and accessories.
2.The tender is open to 100% citizen-owned companies only.
3.Bidders are required to provide proof of payment of the non-refundable deposit and their preferred
email address where the Invitation to Tender (“ITT”) document will besent.
Alternatively, the ITT can be collected from the BPOPF office at Plot 54366, Unit3, Second Floor,
Peelo Place, CBD, Gaborone.
4.Submissions must be received no later than 12 noon on Friday, 24 April 2026.
5.A non-refundable deposit of BWP 1,000.00 must be made via EFT in favour of the Botswana Public
Officers Pension Fund.
