JOBRESPONSIBILITY

The person will be responsiblefor overall businessdevelopment of Bank, to define corporate goalsof the Bank, compliance of statutory and regulatory requirement of the country, to hold and coordinate the Board meetings and various subcommittee of the Board, to control the overall activities of the branches, to formulate and review the code of conduct for the staff, to formulate regulations for the staff based on local laws, to formulate and review various operational policies of the Bank based on ongoing conditions, to be responsible for handling issues relating to regulatory bodies of Botswana and India and to ensure day to day compliance of MIS requirements of the Parent Bank.

ELIGIBILITY:

• Qualification:Graduate/PostGraduateDegreefromarecognized
• Experience: Minimum 20-25 years of continuous experience of working in a Banking various capacities/departments and managerial positions. Preference will be given to candidate having experience in working in controlling office.
• KnowledgeofComputeroperationsisessential
• Age-Minimum45yearsandmaximum55yearsason 12.2024
