Stanford Graduate School of Business and De Beers Group invite entrepreneurs with a mind-set to grow their businesses to apply for the 2021/22 Southern Africa Seed Transformation Programme (STP). The programme aims at supporting business leaders in Southern Africa expand and transform their companies, communities, and economies. It targets CEOs/founders of for-profit companies or for-profit social enterprises who want to grow and scale their companies as well as companies with an annual revenue between US $300,000 and US $15 million based in Botswana, Namibia and South Africa.

According to Pat Dambe, Vice President Corporate Affairs and Government Relations at De Beers Global Sightholder Sales, “the Seed Transformation Programme is an unconventional, online learning experience that goes beyond acquiring business skills and provides practical hands-on tools to support business growth and scale.’’ It is designed to not only capacitate the business owner, in 2021, but now up to 5 members of their senior management team in order to ensure implementation and continuity. Stanford’s world-renowned faculty and a dedicated team of experts work with leaders and their team throughout their 12-month transformational journey.
