And it is his work that has catapulted him to the top. He now sits at the very top of the hierarchical order at Diamond Trading Company Botswana (DTCB) as the Managing Director.

Just like a diamond himself, he caught one leader who visited Jwaneng mine by surprise forcing him to proclaim – “where have you been hiding him”. From the rough, and the hustle and bustle of Jwaneng he emerged.
