BAKANG TIRO
President of Botswana National Front (BNF) Duma Boko has rubbed the wrong way some members of the party’s central committee when he overturned its decision to drop Moeti Mohwasa from the central committee of the Umbrella for Democratic Change (UDC), and now some members threaten to resigns.
The conflict prone BNF was yet again at war this week with Boko summoning the central committee pushing for it to not ratify the resolution that was taken to against Mohwasa in last week meeting.
BNF central committee led by the party vice president Dr Micus Chimbombi convened the meeting in Francistown with Boko being absent and the committee decided to withdraw Mohwasa from UDC NEC.
