This year, Enthuse Afrika Botswana will join Zambia and Zimbabwe from the 28th of December to stage a Party Bus experience trip to the Victoria Falls Carnival (VFC). The Vic Falls Party Bus experience is aimed at creating a ‘fun on the way’ theme as party-people travel from Gaborone to the Vic Falls Carnival, nicknamed the biggest New Year’s celebration in Africa with crowds as big as 8,000 from across the globe.

The Bus which is hosted by Enthuse Afrika; a multinational start-up that began in Zimbabwe four years ago; will now embrace its newest footprints in Botswana and Zambia.

Speaking with the Enthuse Afrika Botswana General Manager, Aobakwe Sentle, he explained that the party bus concept was conceived to organise a fun -filled road trip for Batswana.

“We wanted travelling there to be as fun as being at the carnival while creating a memorable conventional experience for Batswana who seem to be fans of the VFC. The carnival which usually features international artists, will this year host local acts to include Sereetsi and The Natives and Dj Colastraw both from Botswana who will perform alongside the likes of AKA, Shekinah, Prince Kaybee just to mention a few.

Initially there was only one bus from Harare to The Victoria Falls Carnival but things got even more interesting when the Lusaka Bus was organized in 2018. “We were then challenged as Botswana to organize the maiden trip from Gabs to the Victoria Falls as we continue to increase African representation in our signature brand, ‘The Vic Falls Party Bus’.”

Sentle highlighted that the Vic Falls Party Bus is more than just a bus ride; “It is an entertaining, adventure-filled safe and affordable ride to Victoria Falls every year for the biggest party on the continent. Aboard, a luxury coach, patrons enjoy live DJ performances, a bar and refreshments and an exciting itinerary including an all-white booze cruise.”
The Party Bus will have three stops in Botswana such as Palapye and Francistown before crossing the border into Zimbabwe where revellers will link up with the Zim Party Bus for a Bulawayo night-scene experience prior to proceeding to Victoria Falls for 3-days of music and adventure.  Ticketing details are available via vfpb@enthuseafrika.com.
