In his keynote address, Botswana Life Chief Executive Officer Ronald Samuels acknowledged the unique challenges and obstacles faced by the Distribution Team during the climate of COVID-19. “We cannot understate the challenges posed by COVID-19, however, even with the challenges you face, you have managed to continue to serve our clients with the utmost resilience and dedication.”
