We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-oriented Operations Logistics Manager to oversee and optimize logistics, warehouse operations, inventory management, and distribution processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily logistics and distribution centre operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage warehouse operations, stock movement, and inventory control processes.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including receiving, storage, dispatch, and deliveries.
- Ensure proper stock reconciliation, replenishment, and inventory accuracy.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement strategies to improve performance.
- Lead and supervise logistics, warehouse, and support teams to ensure operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to reduce costs and improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with procurement, stores, transport, and retail teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare logistics and operational reports for management review.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in logistics, warehouse management, supply chain, or distribution operations.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations, stock control, and inventory management.
- Experience in retail, FMCG, wholesale, or distribution environments will be an added advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.
