BHC targets P1.5 billion revenue
… as turnaround gains momentum

Botswana Housing Corporation (BHC) has set its sights on becoming a billion-pula enterprise by 2030, following a tough financial period that forced a reset of its operating model and long-term strategy. Acting Chief Executive Officer, Pascaline Sefawe, told journalists in Gaborone on Thursday that the corporation is now aggressively pursuing revenue growth after years of slow expansion and a rare financial stumble.
BHC currently generates about P700 million in annual revenue, but its new five-year strategy charts a bold plan to double that figure to P1.5 billion by 2030. Sefawe said this reflects the corporation’s renewed ambition to operate as a commercially strong and socially driven housing provider.
