Arcee Pty Ltd, a leading organisation in Botswana’s FMCG Manufacturing sector, is seeking a
highly skilled & experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic and fastgrowing
team. This role is ideal for an experienced professional committed to operational excellence,
strong leadership, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities• Oversee daytoday operational activities across all business units.
• Lead, mentor, and manage operational teams to ensure high performance and compliance.
• Implement and monitor operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers, clients, and internal departments to ensure seamless service
delivery.
• Analyse operational data and prepare performance and compliance reports for Managing
Directors.
• Drive process optimisation, cost control, and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
Minimum Requirements
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical).
• 8+ years of proven experience in operations management or a related field in FMCG
manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in ERB software Tally (essential).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problemsolving abilities.
• Excellent organisational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results under pressure.
• Experience in security, facilities management, or serviceoriented industries will be an
added advantage.
• Publishing an International journals in technical side will be considered an added
advantage.
