Soldier commits suicide in Francistown

A 25 year old soldier who was stationed at Donga BDF camp in Francistown has allegedly committed suicide.   Francistown Police Station Commander, Superintendent Lebalang Maniki said the army officer who was a Private was discovered dead in his house by his colleagues.   “We are still investigating to find out what caused the officer to take his own life,” Maniki said.   He advised people to always seek counselling when facing challenges rather than resorting to taking their lives.
