In what could be the final nail on the coffin, Ithuba Solutions -the reserve bidder in the multibillion pula tender for a national lottery licence due to be issued soon by the Gambling Authority of Botswana, suffered a debilitating blow on Friday when the Court of Appeal refused to hear their appeal on urgency.
