We are seeking a high-caliber Senior Finance Manager to join our leadership team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial health of the organization, driving strategic growth, and ensuring robust financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee financial planning and analysis to ensure consistent growth in the asset portfolio.
- Provide comprehensive financial updates and strategic insights to the Directors to support decision-making.
- Identify and implement effective measures to reduce operating and finance costs through strategic negotiations.
- Ensure rigorous financial controls are in place, including full compliance with Stock
Exchange regulations.
- Act as the primary liaison for internal and external audit requirements, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Lead the integration and optimization of ERP systems for financial accounting, cost management, and credit control.
- Lead and mentor accounting teams, fostering a culture of accuracy, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive financial management experience, ideally across real estate
- Deep knowledge of finance standards.
- A professional accounting qualification. Registration with BICA is required.
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-value capital expansions and complex financial
- Advanced proficiency in modern ERP financial systems and stock control software.
