Requirements
- Atleast10yearsofprovenexperienceinasenioroperationsleadershiprole, ideally in the retail, distribution, or manufacturing industry.
- Strong understanding of business operations, project management, and supply
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving
- Abilitytotranslate strategicplansintoactionable
- Bachelor’sdegreeinBusiness Administration,OperationsManagement,ora related field; an MBA is an added advantage.
