Qualifications and Experience
- A bachelor Degree in any agricultural fieldis required.
- A minimum of 10years’ experience in uppermanagement
- Experience in hydroponics and greenhouses
- Expertise in Agronomy and Agricultural commodity trading
- Being able to work long hours with minimum
Responsibilities
- Conduct soil analysis and provide recommendations for soil improvement andfertility
- Adviseon crop selection,rotation, and plantingtechniques to maximizeyield and quality.
- Develop and implement integrated pestmanagement(IPM) strategies to control pests and diseases effectively.
- Monitor and manage irrigation systemsto ensure efficientwater useand crophealth.
- Collaborate with farmers to promote sustainable agricultural practices and environmental
- Stayupdatedwiththelatestagronomicresearchandtechnologicaladvancementsto enhance farm productivity.
- Conductfieldtrialsandexperimentstoevaluatenewcropvarieties,fertilizers,andfarming
- Providetrainingandworkshopstofarmersonagronomicbestpracticesandnew
- Prepareandmaintainaccuraterecords,reports,anddocumentationrelatedtoagronomic
- Ensurecompliancewithregulatoryrequirementsandsafetystandardsinagricultural .
